Accounts with repeatedly full mailboxes or autoresponders will be deleted after sufficient warnings.
You may not use email harvesters to automatically collect email addresses from any member ads or sites advertised in any member ads.
No excessively misleading or deceptive subject lines or messages posing as system admin messages.
ThePlayerList.com will not be held responsible for members misuse of the list.
You may not participate in delivery of UCE or SPAM to promote this list.
Any spam complaints can be directed to abuse@theplayerlist.com and will be thoroughly investigated.
Verified spam complaints will result in immediate account deletion.
You may not share your account with another user.
You may not use automated mailbox cleaners or 'blackholes' that result in ads not being delivered to your mailbox. Please respect other members time and efforts.
You may not promote any sites of an illegal nature.
You may choose to delete your account and cease all mailings at any time. This is an active opt-in list only - removal of your account will cease any and all future mailings.
Privacy: Your email address or entered account information will never be sold, rented, or distributed to any 3rd party.
No member emails are ever disclosed to other members unless voluntary, and all mails from this service are delivered from a ThePlayerList.com email address.
